Tax Exemption
Do you need to be tax exempt?
Before we can remove your taxes there's a few simple steps you need to take.
We'll outline them here and once their done you'll be able to checkout with taxes removed.
Please complete these 3 steps:
1) Create an account here on TomahawkAttachments.com.
You'll need to have an account in our system before you can be tax exempt.
2) Complete the form to the right.
Make sure you enter the same email in the form that you registered with.
You'll need an ST105 form (Indiana) or the specific form your state requires.
3) Checkout!
After you've filled out the form you should see your tax amount set to $0 at checkout.
There should be no delay, if you already have the checkout window open you may need to refresh or log out and back in.
Notes:
You'll only need to do this once and the tax exemption is tied to your account by the email.
